Ministry of Higher Education and Research Republic of Togo (Website) is a Government ministry that is responsible for determining the policies and direction of the higher education system in Togo.

The mission of the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR) is to develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate State policy in the field of higher education and research in the Republic of Togo.

IHERIS University has various networks of affiliation with highly reputable international and regional academic associations and enjoys approval. Our university is a member of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education.
